- What did you like most?The staffs are nice and helpful. The room is clean and decent. Good location with line N/W/7/C/E subway stations within 10 minutes walk.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The noise isolation is bad. There has been constructions going on early in the morning. Also the freeways are nearby. The noise can be very disturbing

- What did you like most?Staff was great. Mattress comfortable.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Design of the room and placement of switches and night light. Not enough space for toiletries in bathroom. Needed extra blanket. Small safe could have been picked up and removed.
