- What did you like most?the hotel is just fine. the room is lovely, with a great view and a comfy bed. the staff were friendly and everything was convenient and easy
- Was there anything you didn't like?When we arrived ar reception we asked about going to the bar and the pool, example what floor and what hours were they open. We had flown from Borneo and had one night in KL and were looking forward to hanging out by the pool having a drink. I had specifically chosen this hotel after extensive research so we could have a beer at the bar by the pool. The staff at reception directed us accordingly. But when we arrived at the bar, the bar staff said they were not serving any alcohol and then directed us to go to a 7 11 to purchase our own to bring back to the hotel. I would not have chosen this hotel if this were the case. if the reception staff had let us know i would have cancelled the booking and stayed elsewhere. this was very disappointing. I had spent several weeks planning a stay in KL for just one night and was sorely disappointed. we were not offered a breakfast or anything to compensate.
