Awesome hotel. Lived up to its name.
- What did you like most?Overall the hotel was very nice. We had the Ocean View Suite which was a wonderful spacious room. We loved the room and the ocean view. The staff was overall great and friendly. We personally liked the more casual theme of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms in the room was incredibly practical. We loved that we had two balconies! We stayed here during the start of Tet, and it was absolutely wonderful to see the fireworks from our room! I would also like to mention in particular, Tony, at the reception, he helped organize and facilitate a trip to Bana Hills for us at a very attractive rate, especially during Tet!
- Was there anything you didn't like?While we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, there are a few points of improvement we feel need to be addressed. First, there was no full size mirror anywhere in the room, we had the large suite, so something like this could easily be added. Second the breakfast spread while diverse, lacked variety for vegetarians. My wife is a vegetarian and had to have the same breakfast every morning. A little more variety for vegetarians would definitely be appreciated! There was a little inconsistency with the house keeping, some days we got 4 bottles of water and some days only 2. Sometimes only 1 hand towel was placed by the bathroom sinks and sometimes 2. Also there was no hand towel in the second, smaller bathroom. Also body lotion was missing from the bathroom, this should be a standard item provided at a hotel from a reputed brand such as Radisson. Lastly, it should be noted that the location of the hotel is a little away from the more lively area of Da Nang. We personally really liked the peaceful location, however if you want to be more central this hotel may not be the one for you.
