- What did you like most?Clean and comfortable room. I loved the smell in the hotel. Convenient location. On site parking available, which is great.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The lady checking us in, was not friendly or welcoming at all. I felt a bit upset after checking in as it felt like she didn't want to serve me and she seemed very annoyed and irritated. She literally whispered and seemed very annoyed each time I had to say "I'm sorry, can you repeat that?" The lady at the check in next to us seemed friendly when checking in the people next to us and I could hear every word she said to her customer from where I was standing, so it's not my hearing that's the problem. The rest of our stay was perfect in every way. I've never felt the need to leave negative feedback on any hotel I've stayed in before. This was definitely the most unfriendly and cold "welcoming" I've ever experienced at any type of accomodation, it borders on rudeness.
Good value for money, will definitely stay again.
