- What did you like most?We booked the Wyndham Executive Suite with Twin Beds, and it completely exceeded our expectations! The suite has two bedrooms – one with two twin beds and an ensuite bathroom, and another with a single bed. Each room has spacious closets, and the twin-bed room even has a safe. There are two full bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet, and sink (ensuite), and the other next to the single room with a toilet, sink, and a luxurious overhead rain shower in a wetroom. We stayed on the 45th floor, with an incredible view of KLCC and one of the Petronas Towers. My elderly parents were thrilled when we entered the room – I’ve never seen them so happy! Everything was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The microwave works perfectly, and the washer/dryer combo was really convenient. The sheets were spotless, the mattresses were incredibly comfortable, and we all slept wonderfully. Room service was fast and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, our stay was absolutely wonderful. If you have family or friends visiting KLCC, we highly recommend Wyndham Suites – it’s truly a five-star experience!
- Was there anything you didn't like?The hotel itself was fantastic in every way – spotless, comfortable, and extremely well-equipped. The only minor issue, which is outside the hotel’s control, is that walking from the hotel to the Petronas Towers can be tricky, as there is no controlled pedestrian crossing or traffic lights along that route.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Cleanliness in the rooms was poor. There was a distinct smell coming from the drain that we could not get rid of. We had to switch rooms a few times due to pests/bugs. The A/C did not function at full capacity in all the rooms.
