- Was there anything you didn't like?Honestly, my experience was very disappointing. The rooms were not cleaned properly during the stay and housekeeping seemed to only clean once at check-out. Basic services were missing — for example, in the morning there wasn’t even cappuccino available at breakfast. If you wanted one, you had to wait until 12 PM to order it from the restaurant. The breakfast itself was very poor and below expectations. Also, the pool was supposed to be heated during winter, but it was not heated at all. On top of that, the reception staff were quite unfriendly and unprofessional in their attitude. Overall, for the price paid, I expected much better service, organization, and hospitality standards.
