Disappointing as we were charged...

- Was there anything you didn't like?No toiletries in the room No tea/coffee making facilities in the room even when requested at the time of booking No slippers provided ( was told we could buy them for $ 15!!! Absolutely ridiculous as the room charges are quite expensive). For a 4 star hotel the facilities were appalling .. more like a 2 star hotel Will not book with this chain of hotels again
