Over all excellent...just a few niggles.
- What did you like most?excellently presented hotel with a lovely spacious attrium/reception area. The room was really big and may i say BEAUTIFUL with everything you would ever need. The views were great as was the standard of the room and comfy large bed.
- Was there anything you didn't like?only two things...1. The young staff in the hotel bar area were not very good at serving people who sat there waiting for them to offer a menu and even when we had finished eating they walked past our table in the bar area many times not talking the empty plates. In the end we took them to the bar ourselves after 30 minutes. They were not really busy at the time, in fact sometimes they were just stood talking behind the bar to each other. 2. The breakfast for westerners was served under heat lamps but that section is right in front of a door leading to an outdoor seating area. the door was left open on a morning so the cold air was coming in to the whole restaurant making the room cold but most importantly the breakfast items were cold. I accidentally met Edward the head chef and i mentioned it to him and he said he would fix it. I then saw him again the following night and he came to ask if everything was alright so it was nice he remembered me and fixed the issue.
