- What did you like most?location is good, easy to access convenient stores and the laundry shop.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. There were several power blackouts during our stay. We informed the staff, but no assistance was provided, and we had to fix the issue ourselves. The toilet pump was also not functioning, and despite informing the staff, no action was taken. We paid a RM100 deposit upon check-in. During check-out, the receptionist said the deposit could only be refunded by bank transfer after his shift ended at 3pm. I requested the refund immediately and was only given RM75, with a promise that the remaining RM25 would be transferred later. It has been 4 days since we checked out, and the balance has still not been returned. Poor service and unprofessional handling of guest issues.
