Effective 1 January 2025, a Local Service Charge of MYR 3.00 per room, per night, will be applicable to all stays in the state of Perak, payable directly to the property. A damage deposit of MYR 300.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
