When using this hotel be prepared for very old furniture and layout of rooms
- What did you like most?Some staff members were good but some didn’t have sense of responsibility. Things were not done because they didn’t pay attention
- Was there anything you didn't like?Some staff did not show professionalism and paid no attention to issues highlighted, communication was poor We were given a triple room which had a broken bathroom door, sink cabinet door was broken and furniture in the room was standing on one leg. We were shifted to another room which was a bit better. I requested for partial refund for 2 nights by sending email to management but after 4 weeks didn’t even receive a response

- What did you like most?I like the location, 2 minutes to downtown. They have the friendly staff. Good breakfast. We have to leave early and they arrange a early breakfast for us. I love that they have a Filipina who made us feel welcome.
