- What did you like most?ABSOLUTELY NOTHING; I DID NOT STAY THERE AND THEY DID NOT REFUND ME. TOTALLY STOLE MY MONEY
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room has no blackouts ,NOT EVEN CURTAINS! Anyone can see you from across the street. The electricity was faulty, the lights flashing every few seconds. There was insects in the room. When I raised all this complains to the hotel and Booking, they said they could not do anything for me and kept my money. I had to go to another hotel paying twice as much at 11.30PM with 3 large suitcase walking down gran via... Then I went back the next day and they told me they were going to rent my room, the one I paid for and I didn't get my money back so they made twice the money on the same room.
