- Was there anything you didn't like?The glass in the fridge to drink water from was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. When I showed this the next morning to the receptionist, he shrugged and said indeed that this shouldn’t be the case. No apologies, nothing offered. That’s not how to treat costumers.
