- What did you like most?None and None and None There were no positive aspects.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There was blatant negligence from the front desk. Only part of my deposit was credited, and I was never informed of the full amount the night before. During checkout, the staff were chatting among themselves and told me to wait. I ended up waiting for a long time while they just stared at me—completely silent, giving me nothing but their eyes. Out of €264, only €100 was credited, and when I asked when the rest would be returned, I was told 2–3 days. As of now, the remaining amount has still not been credited. I also contacted customer service, but they said it was the front desk’s responsibility and claimed everything had already been done. Their logic does not make sense—if everything had been done, the full deposit should have been returned.
