A pleasant stay in a business hotel!
- What did you like most?• The staff were very kind and welcoming. • The room had a pleasant city view, and the amenities were of high quality and replenished promptly. Thank you for the fresh water, as well as the tea, coffee and fruit. • Excellent housekeeping—our room was always spotless and well cared for. • Breakfast was nicely prepared using fresh and high-quality ingredients. Both the buffet and the à la carte menu were excellent. • Complimentary lounge access, with its delicious dining selections, as well as the complimentary (limited) ironing service, were great benefits. Thank you for this. • The location was quite central, next to the Peak Tram station, and easy to reach via the connecting escalators. • Special thanks to Alan, who was extremely helpful during our check-out and even afterwards. • The shuttle service was a great convenience and took us close to our next destination.
