- What did you like most?I like that the room is spacious and clean ant the view at swimming pool was awesome
- Was there anything you didn't like?First thing is the room, they did not give blanket for the other bed. Second thing, swimming, the first day we went, it was raining so we waited the next morning to go and the timing originally was 7am to 10pm, so we reached 6.50am at the swimming pool and the guard says its open at 9am and we say that there was no notice at all that saying that it will open at 9am and i felt that the management should put a notice below where the guard is and in the website. The guard also says it open at 7am when asked. Third thing was, we reached the swimming pool at 9am and the next shift guard says that my mom swimming suit was not acceptable. He says that no trousers was allowed but the thing is my mom wear a full MUSLIMAH swimming suit and its a set and the guard still insist that my mom was wearing trousers. Overall it was bad experience for me and my family, we hoped that the hotel management will improve in their service and should educate their staff especially the security guard. Dont assume if they don't know as it angers the client cause we pay for what we expect.
