        • What did you like most?
          The staff looked and acted very professional. We had to leave another hotel due to bad circumstances and the Omni was a huge upgrade in every way. Gift at the front desk has wonderful customer service
        • Was there anything you didn't like?
          The only issue at all was a charge that wasn't ours that ended up on one of the rooms and it was corrected
