- Was there anything you didn't like?The front desk staff were rude, dismissive, and short when talking to us. The bed was unmade when we got into the room, we didn’t have enough towels (no big deal but just added to everything), the inside of the elevator was vandalized, the TV was so glitchy it made it impossible to watch anything, the telephone was broken and had a loud buzzing sound which made it impossible to talk/hear, and the breakfast in the morning took 45 minutes! We were one of the first seated, but we thought it would have been continental style.
