Effective 1 January 2025, a Local Service Charge of MYR 3.00 per room, per night, will be applicable to all stays in the state of Perak, payable directly to the property. br/ The property can currently only accept bookings from guests that can provide the Ministry of International Trade and Industry (MITI) or relevant authority letter upon check-in. Please contact the property for more information. A damage deposit of MYR 50.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by cash. You should be reimbursed on checkout via cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
