- What did you like most?The room was beautiful and well kept.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The lagoon, which could serve as a beautiful scenery should be cleaned at least around the perimeter of the property. There was a lot of trash, no fault of the property but it wasn't a nice view from the room. In addition the pool was very cold, which made the use of the pool not an enjoyable one.
You need to teach the staff to be more helpful.also if they cant speak good enough english then an alternateperson would

- Was there anything you didn't like?When I called for a ride from the airport the girl was not very helpful. Once we FINALLY made it to the right location she was borderline rude.
