- What did you like most?The front staff was very pleasant and had good attitudes.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The room was very outdated. The A/C didn’t work and told front desk several times was told they would contact GM and Maintenance but never heard anything about it. The compressor to fridge was very loud and sounded like it was on its last leg. Room wasn’t very clean. The door to the balcony had no curtains so could see in from outside. The parking was not up to bar would come back at night to not find any parking. But the bright thing was the front desk did help with getting parking with the garage next door. Toilet after one use was clogged and about to overflow. The elevator I understand there is only one but it took forever and if on first floor didn’t even know if it worked because lights to buttons didn’t work. Few times I had to take stairs to forth floor because took so long. Stained towels. There’s more pictures but can only upload so many. I was highly disappointed in my stay.
