- Was there anything you didn't like?The checking in process was horrible. I’ve never had an issue in Vegas with checking in early until now. Granted, it was a holiday weekend, so when we tried checking in the first time and were told our room wasn’t available we understood. We were supposed to get a text when the room was ready and never received anything. We kept seeing other people get checked in so i thought they had gotten my phone number wrong. We tried asking again and every time it was a different story, something is broken in your room and they’re fixing it, now they’re just cleaning it, they’re in there now cleaning it. Check in time was at 3 pm and our room still wasn’t ready! We asked for a different room and they refused. It was until 4 pm when I was ready to ask for a manager, when they just gave us a room on a different floor. It was a horrible experience, their lack of communication made it worse.

- What did you like most?I never even checked in to my room they told me it would be later that I could so I went and got a room at another hotel so I could get ready for the concert I was there for so they even took out more money and I wasn’t ever there
