Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests (including from smoking outside designated areas) will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in. Smoking in nonsmoking units will incur an additional charge of IDR 1,500,000. A damage deposit of IDR 200000.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by cash. You should be reimbursed on checkout via cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
