- What did you like most?The check in staff was great, super kind and helpful. The rest of the staff was rude and short as if me being there was an inconvenience to their day
- Was there anything you didn't like?The staff was rude. I?ve traveled to this hotel a few times while we show dogs in the are 3-5 times a year, they were always great before. Their posted pet fees were $15, they charged $20 per dog then a $40 online reservation fee. I won?t go back again.
- What did you like most?It was clean. Most of the staff was polite.
- Was there anything you didn't like?One of the night guys, was kind of rude the first night we were there. He looked at my husbands idrivers and said wow who pissed you off with his picture on it.
