Great hotel for a relaxing few days outside city center.

I’ve been using this hotel for decade and still my favorite ( and I was born & grown up in Kobe).
- What did you like most?This location is one of the hotel where the airport shuttle bus goes directly from Kansai Airport, so it’s very convenient. The location is not center of downtown town but you can see the Ocean and very quiet and even has a Natural Hot Springs in the hotel. Buffet breakfast is excellent as well. The staff are OUTSTANDING!! Genuinely kind and caring from the front staff to cleaning crew!!
- Was there anything you didn't like?In order access to the major train lines, you need to take monorail. This man made island itself doesn’t have too much going… that IS the reason it’s very quiet and see both mountain and ocean views.
