Great to be back - looking forward to next time
- What did you like most?Was great to be back at the Kowloon Shangri La first time after 7 years We landed early in the morning got to Hotel at 10am and thought we would have to wait for our room to be ready....but not here...we got a welcome drink and after 15min we got our room cards and got our room much earlier then expected Was really great to be back staff still as amazing like 7 years ago ....looking forward to next time

Great location, fantastic views, lovely hotel but a bit dated.
- What did you like most?Excellent location with great Harbour View rooms. Beds were very comfortable and good armchair and sofa to relax on. View was spectacular. Decent size room. Lovely Tapas bar on ground floor with fantastic food. Very helpful staff.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Starting to look a bit dated, especially the rooms. Still have florescent lights installed. I think it needs a revamp to catch up with it's competitors
