Nice hotel, bad parking situation...
- What did you like most?I really liked the location of the property because it wasn’t in a super busy spot in Carmel. The bed was also comfortable!
- Was there anything you didn't like?I felt like the room wasn’t very clean and the parking situation was bad too. There was a bunch of hair on the floor and in the bathroom when we got to our room and there was even a used earplug on the floor under the bed. It was very off putting. I also brought my electric vehicle because the property claims they have EV charging but there is only 3 total spots that have charging. The parking lot was almost completely full by the time we got back to our hotel at 9pm and not only did we not get a spot to charge, we could barely find a spot to park in general. And they charge $30 a night for parking? I reached out to the hotel and they never got back to me.
