Exceptional
Absolutely wonderful stay and great...
- What did you like most?This was my second time staying at this location and it was absolutely amazing! We had a short stay for my boyfriend's birthday, and I had booked a suite. When we went to check in, the concierge let us know that their Gold Coast suite was availble, as it was the off-season, and asked if we wanted to upgrade for a small fee. We took the $100 upcharge for a room that was normally twice the price of what we booked. The room and view was stunning; very clean, well-designed, massive (there were two bathrooms, a HUGE shower, and a very deep bathtub), and tons of comfort amenities: heated floors in the bathroom, toilets with bidets, fully adjustable lighting and shades in every room that easily changed it from open and bright to comfy and romantic. My boyfriend and I were both so happy and comfortable it was hard to leave! In addition to the gorgeous room, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we also stopped for cocktails and snacks at NoMi, the hotel's on-site restaurant, and the food was a wonderful fine dining experience you don't normally see in a hotel. I honestly have no complaints about our stay, and we will definitely be coming back to this location.
