Please clean the carpet and dry it for the terrible smell. Offer SOME sort of coffee, even a cheap machine. Come on your
- What did you like most?Carpet smelled so bad we could hardly sleep, we booked the hilton at Frankfurt for an early departure to honolulu, not knowing that even at 6AM there would be nowhere to purchase coffee, Starbucks closed as well. No coffee at all. Not even in the room with cheap kurig? Pretty unacceptable and even though we are planning another trip for next week we will try the Sheraton or another hotel.
