The property itself was nice, but these other issues detracted from our overall satisfaction.
- What did you like most?Property location was good for our needs on this trip. Breakfast was fine, although not any better than some lower end hotels that I've stayed in.
- Was there anything you didn't like?There was a problem with the thermostat in the room. The room was cold when we checked in. We had to work with the thermostat to get the heat to come on. During the night it stopped working and by morning the room was cold again. The room layout was bad. It was advertised as a suite, but was just a long rectangular room with a bed at one end and sofa at the other and no division between the two. The one TV was placed on a wall so that it was uncomfortable to watch from either the bed or the sofa. There was mud on the floor in the lobby and all down the hall when we checked in. It was still there the next day when we checked out. Ice makers on two floors weren't working, necessitating a trip to the first floor for ice.
