Located on the seafront in Playa de Palma, Negresco has an outdoor pool. All of the air-conditioned rooms offer full or side sea views. The airport is just 3.1 mi away. The rooms have satellite TV, private balconies and double-glazing. Free WiFi is available in public areas. Negresco has a bar and a restaurant serving buffet breakfast and dinner. There is a large terrace by the pool where you can enjoy a drink. The terrace also has free loungers. On-site parking and spa are available at an extra cost. The Negresco can also arrange car hire.

overall very happy - just unfortuanate that the smoking and music could be a deal breaker for me
- What did you like most?The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. I had a partial view so that was lovely. Great to have a safe in my room to store my computer and passport. Staff was super helpful- even gave me an international charger to use as I had forgotten mine. Air conditioning worked well.
- Was there anything you didn't like?i have three suggestions to make that didn't meet my expectations: First so many people were smoking in the bar restaurant- as a non smoker and a Canadian - I was surprised and i found it very unpleasant. We have different laws so you can't smoke in a public restaurant. It doesn't seem fair to non smokers to constantly be exposed to smoke in the place you are eating. 2 I am an international touring musician and I found the music playing constantly in the bar and restaurant was very poorly chosen- lots of old 70/80s heavy rock and so much cheesy american music..I came to spain to be introduced at least partially to local music. also I came for beauty and peace - so the music was often in direct contradiction of that...may I suggest you take more care with your play list choices- add some mellow jazz and more variety- there is so much incrediable spanish music available. Lastly I think you could use more variety in your bar menu...less ham and cheese and some more interesting choices...
