Everything and everyone was perfect....

- What did you like most?Clean rooms, good size. Friendly front desk staff and cleaning staff.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Breakfast worker was SO rude. She seemed like she hated her job so much. We got there and there was so no meat left from the hot breakfast. It was being served for another 45 minutes. We politely told her the bacon is out and she was very rude and mumbled under her breath. We also heard three other guests politely tell her it was out while we waited. It took her 18 minutes to bring out more bacon. When she finally brought it out, there was 12 pieces. Four people went up ahead of us and it was gone again. That was SO rude and unnecessary. Dont promote a free hot breakfast unless you actually intend to have free hot foods for the entire duration you say. Also get a worker in that area that actually has customer service skills. One who understands that customers are what makes your hotel money. The service we received this morning (Jan 4/26 at 9am) was awful. The worker was SO rude. We will definitely think twice about booking here again after this experience.
