      This was a work trip, and I have stayed here before for the same event (annual conference) The staff were friendly and helpful, cleanliness and facilities good. Food was reasonable, too.
    • Was there anything you didn't like?
      The iron in my bedroom was broken (the hot plate underneath had a missing piece, with a jagged edge. If I hadn't noticed it, it would have caused serious damage to my clothes. I did report it to one of the reception team. The next comment is not your fault, but there were some very noisy revellers coming in after midnight (my room 606 is opposite the lift) who disturbed my sleep! Having said that, I wouldn't have minded quite so much if I wasn't working the next day!!
