- What did you like most?Nothing. I had no chance of overnighting there.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I arrived at 1,30 AM and was informed that I could not have a room, (a room that had been confirmed and prepaid) due to some kind of "overbooking" and not well specified "technical problems " in a couple of rooms. They had not sent me any message to inform me or anything. Once at the check in, the night manager came to me to explain what had happened, and told me that they had rebooked me on a nearby hotel, and had a taxi wating for me. Also, they promised to refund me (I have not yet received that, but hopefully it will be ok) and paid for the other hotel. So, they did take care of the problem, and were kind and helpful. But it's not acceptable that my room was confirmed and paid, something like that happens and do not even send a message! At 1,30 AM, deadtired, I could have gone straight to the other hotel.
