- What did you like most?Staff was great, cordial and servant leaders. Willing to do anything to make you stay great.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I believe you should have on property parking instead of valet. If you want to park yourself, it's off-site.

- Was there anything you didn't like?Staff was rude. We had to wait almost 2 hours for the room, although they "guarantee" room would be ready at 4pm. The fast that they were sold out is not an excuse. If they have personnel issues, is not my problem, they should be prepared. Then they charged extra almost $50 for "Amenity Fee" although it was paid in full. Breakfast is not completely free. They limit to an amount ($30), anything over the limit, you have to pay for it. I won't come back to this hotel. And Booking.com should compensate us. This is a scam.
