- What did you like most?I wasn't very fond of the rooms; the one I rented was supposed to have a pool view. When I arrived, the specific room I had booked wasn't available. I wasn't satisfied with the size—it was far too small for five people. They knew I was coming with my family, but I really didn't like the room's dimensions; it was tiny, uncomfortable, and everything was crammed together.
- Was there anything you didn't like?The next day, they moved me to the correct room. I paid the same price—a very high price, nearly $2,000—only to end up in a room that wasn't the one I had paid for. The mini-fridge was broken, so I had no cold water all night long; we went thirsty and had to drink warm water because there was no cold water available, and I received no assistance when I requested it.
