the combination of incorrect charges, poor service, and unacceptable room conditions made our stay extremely frustrating

- Was there anything you didn't like?Arriving at night to find no staff on-site to complete the check‑in; we waited one hour before someone returned the phone call. • Not receiving the required access code, making entry unnecessarily difficult. • Poor communication, which caused further delays and confusion. • Staff who were consistently unhelpful and unwelcoming, adding to the overall negative experience. • Being assigned Room 401, which was unacceptably dirty, forcing us to request a room change the following day.
