Disappointing
- What did you like most?The lady from housekeeping was lovely, very attentive.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Fraudulent publicity, room was advertised as having a twin bed but it was actually a single bed. Paid 1200 for 14 nights to stay in a bed I could barely fit. If it has been described correctly I wouldn't have booked. I tried to talk to reception about the situation but the red haired Balkan lady was very rude, unapologetic and unprofessional. She tried to tell me that a twin and a single bed is the same. Everyone in hospitality knows this is just not the case. Will definitely be taking this fake publicity to higher instances :)
