- Was there anything you didn't like?This hotel is a health hazard! We paid €185 for a room that was a freezing 7°C. No heating, windows left open, and zero care for guests. As a direct result, both of us are now severely ill. This is an absolute disgrace. We officially demand a full refund of our money. Furthermore, we expect a formal apology via phone or email for the physical suffering you caused us. This wasn't a stay; it was a health risk. We will take further action if this is not resolved. SHAME ON THE MANAGEMENT!
