    Very satisfied with my stay; my expectations were well satisfied.
    • What did you like most?
      Breakfast was very good, with a lot of staffs providing timely service. Also, the location was adequate for a few nights before connecting flights. Good places to eat within a few steps from the hotel. Also, a tram station for a to and from journey to Frankfurt city is close by. Journey to Frankfurt airport takes no more than 15 minutes by taxi

      Had an unpleasant experience with my door lock which took a long time to rectify; though I must commend the determined efforts of the front desk staff who did everything possible to rectify it and ensured I was comfortable. Quite commendable

    Ok.But I do not think I would what to stay their again.

      I like the breakfast meal.But they do not come in and clean the rooms like they should.
    • Was there anything you didn't like?
      How they clean the room,all they would do is bring in clean towels,they did not clean the room at all.
