- What did you like most?It is an old building which was renovated hotel. Located in closed proximity to HBf ( main railroad station ) in Frankfurt. It was very convenient. Location is an ethnic Kabul...in the middle of the Frankfurt. But....just 10 minutes away from main shopping centers, and museums. Relatively safe area. Hotel did not serve the breakfast....due to renovations. We are still waiting for refunds for the breakfast hotel had charged us. Room was too small, considering USA standards. It took manager on duty almost 30 minutes to find our reservation.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Management is cheating with money. They have overcharged us during mid-September stay. Manager had promised to issue the refund. For wrong pricing and for no-breakfast ( due to renovation of dining area ). They never refund to us almost 40 euro. And, I did not have any supporting documents to file back-charges to my credit card. Bank of America had refused accept my claim....I had no proof that we did not get the breakfast. And BoA would not consider price difference between BOOKING reservation pricing and actual charges, as well. Buyer be aware
