Upon check-in, the guest must be present with a valid ID and provide the booking credit card. If the guest, the proof of ID, the booking credit card, or the booking credit card holder is unavailable, the guest's deposit will be refunded to the booking credit card, and another form of payment will be required. Additional guests (13 and older) are $50.00 per person, per night. For Prestige level, additional guests between the ages of 5 and 20 are $50, and guests 21 and older are $75 per person, per night. Love the hotel. HATE being extorted and told “Nothiing we can do”.

- Was there anything you didn't like?This is a story but it now happens a few times a day…take HEED. My friends all came down from Sacramento….the light in my friend’s room on phone blinked RED. They called the front desk (now people…this is an ICU NURSE OF 40 YEARS!!!) told my friends you have been assessed a $500 charge SMOKING in your room plus $66 TAX for a total of $566!!! My friends tried and tried to tell front desk that they don’t SMOKE ANYTHING…and the front desk said “We cannot reverse the charge as the device is 100 percent accurate. Ask your credit card company to reverse the CHARGES. Total scam..we are 70 years old! This is a total scam…I realize that people should NOT smoke or vape in room as many of us HATE that smell. But to accuse an innocent and then say “THERE IS NOTHING we can do!” Is so bad…happening all over Vegas and whatever company who supplied this “device” is LYING TO THEIR hotels about accuracy. Finally after threatening to SUE (that is what ends had to be resorted to…) they backed down…something about this is just like EXTORTION!!!!! BAD BAD BAD customer service and the poor front desk staff is left to shoulder the brunt of this LIE. NOT cool. Never going back.
Expensive but it meets the high standards of the industry. We loved staying at this hotel. Will definitely come back!
- What did you like most?Everything was wonderful. The rooms was beautiful and the bathroom was the best. The bed was comfy and just what you need in vacation.
