double charge customer, totally scam,...

- Was there anything you didn't like?
  This hotel double charge me, it refuse to refund the first reservation, although I sent message and told them I will be later for one day, they still ignore it, and mark us as no show, then force us to rebook it, it is totally a scam, very bad experience, avoid this place if possible.
