Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please inform Park Central of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 600 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Our incidental hold is $100 per night. The incidental hold is released upon checkout. The system will hold the funds until check out, before it gets released. The original authorization amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution, depending on the type of card you have used. Debit and international cards tend to take longer to be released, however, I can confirm that domestic credit cards get released quicker by their financial institution.
