- Was there anything you didn't like?My family of 6 checked in, only to find out that my King Suite room that had been booked months prior was given to someone else. To add insult to injury, they gave me a tiny room with a Full bed and bathroom for the King suite price and didn't tell me. I noticed when I checked in something was wrong because the staff member walked off to the manager about something right before she ran my card and gave me keys. Once I made it to the room after a long day to rest I noticed the wrong room. Besides that the other 2br suite was in terrible condition. The bathroom door was broken and all of the rooms we booked had a musty odor. They tried to explain that they would switch me to another room the following day because they were booked out for the night even after the deception of charging me for a suite and sticking me in a standard full room. I demanded all of my money back for all of the rooms. I gladly booked at Loews, Atlanta. Where the customer serviceed was outstanding, along with the rooms.
