Prime Location and Potential Hindered...
- What did you like most?My wife and I recently had a one-night stay at your property on December 8 to attend a performance at the Fox Theatre. We selected your hotel specifically for its proximity to the Fox Theatre and the MARTA station, both of which were highly convenient. Check-in was an efficient process. Observations on Property and Room Condition: The lobby area was attractively decorated for the holiday season and generally well-maintained. Our room was spacious and clean. However, the overall condition suggests that a comprehensive renovation is necessary to meet current guest expectations. The bathroom specifically requires immediate attention. Issues noted include a loose toilet seat, significantly diminished water pressure in the shower, and visible, pervasive water damage. Feedback on Services and Amenities (Breakfast Credit): The "included" breakfast was provided as a non-refundable $35 daily credit. We would recommend future guests consider local dining options. We were disappointed to find the main hotel restaurant unexpectedly closed without prior notification or clear guidance on alternative ways to utilize the non-refundable credit. When inquiring at reception, the staff member initially seemed unsure of alternative options. Upon further inquiry, we were directed to the attached coffee shop. The lone staff member at the coffee shop was pleasant and worked diligently, though the unexpected crowd due to the restaurant closure clearly led to visible stress. The cappuccino we received was excellent, but the pre-made breakfast sandwich (ham, egg, and cheese croissant) was served cold.

While the processes were efficient, there was a noticeable lack of proactive hospitality and genuine interest in the guest experience, even when solicited during check-out. Your hotel has considerable potential due to its prime location and spacious rooms. We hope this constructive feedback assists in prioritizing essential maintenance and implementing training to enhance the overall level of guest engagement and service quality.
