Would definitely come back despite...
- What did you like most?great location within 150 m of the tramway directly on the airport - city centre line, the hotel is well decorated and very clean and the staff generally helpful despite a minor irritation over coffee - see below
- Was there anything you didn't like?We were staying over a Bank Holiday and the bar was closed Sunday & Monday afternoon / evening. Upon returning mid afternoon on Easter Monday we asked if it were possible to get a coffee, three staff were behind reception and they said it was not possible as there was not the staff present to do this, given that the coffee was served from a bean to cup machine I found this response disappointing as we were the only people in reception. One staff member suggested a hotel a couple of streets away!!!
