- What did you like most?Check-in with Albert was wonderful and we were grateful that he helped us make this stay a special memory for my son's 18th birthday surprise. Room on the 5th floor with a great view of an ice rink across the street. The room was nice and spacious and clean. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was nice for us to safely wander about the area, even walk to museums, Whole Foods for allergen-free snacks, and restaurants. We also enjoyed taking scooters down to the Convention Center for the LA Auto Show.
- Was there anything you didn't like?BEWARE: you will be charged $45+ taxes/fees for Lounge access on the 10th floor...this was a surprise on our bill after check-out and information I was not at all made aware of at check-in or at the Lounge itself when my card was permitted access, so I didn't question anything since I had been granted a complimentary room upgrade at check-in. Unfortunately, whilst disputing this charge, I found my experience with the Front Desk Manager, difficult and insulting. The unpleasantness of that interaction was very surprising, given how wonderful our experience had been otherwise at this luxury hotel. I'll mention, we are grateful that he resolved the charge in the end.
