- What did you like most?I hadn't stayed there in years. I'm so happy I came back. The staff was amazing, beginning with Michael at vallet, and then everyone else was just as wonderful. Beautiful decor and right in the heart of riverwalk. My stay surpassed my expectations. Thank you

- Was there anything you didn't like?It was not clean. In the room the coffe cups are dirty. We also found lots of hair on the beds. It was not clean at all. Also the 10th floor has some kind of bad odor through out the stay.
