Good location, but disappointing experience...
- What did you like most?The property is well located and the staff was generally friendly. The facilities are clean and the overall atmosphere is pleasant for a short stay
- Was there anything you didn't like?The “complimentary breakfast” was very disappointing. It only included a muffin, bottled juice, and coffee, which felt more like a light snack than an actual breakfast. It’s misleading to advertise this as breakfast, especially for families. When I shared my concern, the hotel redirected responsibility to Booking.com instead of addressing the issue, which was also disappointing.
